Nurse request

Please remember to update your contact information and your student’s health information in the computer through the HAC (home access center).   This must be done by September 2, 2013.  This is very important if your student is sick or has an emergency at school.  If your student needs medication at school, has a heart condition, diabetes, asthma, seizures, or a life threatening allergy please consult Nurse Beth regarding your student’s health needs.
